The Beta is closed. The only way in is as a Beta Tester — and it's easy: just reach out to @federicodizona and ask to be added. If you already took part in the Starcks Leagues Beta, you're already in.
And once you're in, you won't just play. You'll get early access from Monday, June 29th, a section reserved for testers only where you can report feedback, bugs and improvements, and the chance to propose the game's official name.
